Extraordinarily friendly staff on the first manager and the facilities provided were quite comfortable. The setting of hotel was great, to restaurant on first night.

The hotel's location was central, on top of the hill in a quiet area of CBD. It was heated, stylish and with great views.

Spotless hotel with excellent friendly and cooperative employees on their efforts to make this such a special occasion. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and tv area, a minibar, and it's own balcony in the room. Scrumptious continental breakfasts at a good rate, free wi-fi. Downtown area, central location adjacent to the waterfront and the main shopping centre of Auckland, and down to the quay / harbour. Again, walking distance to Queen Street. Great way to end our trip.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Auckland, had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff from all staff members. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a lovely view of the harbour.

The breakfast was good value for money and sumptuous, such variety, with quality or options and delicious muffins. Had central location close to eateries etc. We stayed for weekend and will be back.

The units were stocked and the staff were excellent co-operating people on their efforts to make this such a special occasion. The restaurant was particularly good for dinner, enjoyed it.

The hotel offers extensive and sumptuous breakfast. The location is peaceful and prime, around 10-15 minutes walk from Skytower.

The breakfast was great value for money and scrumptious with delicious muffins and fresh fruit juice, exactly what we required. This accommodation was in the central location in the Bay of Islands.

in overall, the place is gorgeous, has fantastic friendly and cooperative staff from the cleaners to the housekeepers. the rooms are good sized and newly decorated and they have tv area and coffee. the continental breakfast is a great bonus. the location is marvellous and decent, 15 minutes' walk to skytower. it provides good restaurant nearby.

Sumptuous and extensive breakfast, lots of meals. A peaceful area, great location short walk to bars, restaurants and shops, tourist spots and shops and bars.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, location, friendly staff, and great facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near everything one might need, and the staff provided excellent transportation options. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. a great experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.
